Practice what you preach!!!

For years I've taught patients to stretch and stay flexible.... For years I've ignored much of my own advice and did too little of it... Well I think it's finally catching up with me! I'm probably as active as I ever was in my 20's and 30's but recovery rate is so much slower and aches and pains and soreness pop up more than I'd like.

So I've started doing yoga a few weeks ago and can already feel the difference with this great body - mind practice!

Here's to another 40 years of physical activity!

I know what you mean about the aches & pains! I feel them now after a long hike, too! Good reminder to start doing yoga again! I used to do it all the time, but...
